Our project management approach is based on judiciously using proven methodologies and processes from PMBoK and Agile. We would use PMBOK approach where the software is known to be stable and does not require extensive code/design customisation.

We normally adopt the Agile method where extensive customisation of software or new software needs to be written. We find from experience that Agile keeps us focussed on the task and as this is a collaborative approach, we are able to deliver solution in an iterative manner that will allow you to realise value as you go. Our team will be largely self-organising, facilitated by the agile project leader to ensure high productivity and a Product owner to ensure that the solution meets the expectations of the end users and customers.
